The audio material comes from a wide variety of places and times. Understanding Revelation, Doctrine of the Knowledge of God, History of Philosophy, and Understanding Theology are courses Frame gave at Westminster Seminary (Philadelphia) in the 1970s. Systematic Theology I: Scripture and God contains lectures from a course Frame taught in the fall of 2006 at Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando. An outstanding theologian, John Frame has distinguished himself during thirty-one years on the faculty of Westminster Theological Seminary and as a founding faculty member of Westminster Seminary California. He is best known for his prolific writings, including eleven books and a plethora of scholarly articles in journals, reference works, and magazines. Rev. He has taught at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando since 2000.

John M. Frame (Princeton University, A.B., Westminster Theological Seminary, B.D, Yale University, M.A. and M.Phil., Belhaven College, D.D.) is Professor of Systematic Theology and Philosophy at Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando. He is an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church in America. Previously, he taught at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia (1968–80) and Westminster Theological Seminary in California (1980–2000). John and his wife, Mary, have five children—three married and living in California and Oregon, and two single and attending college.
