  Our Returns Policy
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any of the following items purchased from BitsBytesComputer.com: books in their original condition; unopened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, or software; and any other merchandise in new, resalable condition with original packaging and all accessories.
If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the cost of return shipping.
NOTE: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Bits & Bytes before returning a product. Read below for details.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
•  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
•  Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or video game that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
•  Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
•  Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
To return an item:
First, click here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Bits & Bytes: Obtain RMA.
After you receive your RMA from Bits & Bytes, pack the product securely with a copy of the packing slip and ship to:

Returns Department, RMA # write your RMA number here

Do not ship your product to Bits & Bytes until you have received your RMA.
Damaged or Defective Items. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please email our Customer Service Department by clicking here: Email Customer Service, explain the problem, and we will replace or refund your order right away. Be sure to include your order number in your email.
NOTE: We are unable to exchange items, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
